276. 6 Ways to Reconnect, Recharge, and Prioritize Yourself

As entrepreneurs, we carry a heavy load. We're leading our teams, we're planning for more growth, we're handling setbacks, trying to build profitability, we're making sure we're serving our clients, we want to market to reach a wider audience.  It's exhausting.

And then, as women, I feel like the load is even greater. We strive to create opportunities that might not come as easily to us as our male counterparts. We're working to balance societal expectations, we're managing the mental load, and often we feel the heaviness and drive to prove our capabilities in almost every arena.

And then as parents, the desire to be present in a true role model is incredibly strong and often challenging to measure up to.

Something's gotta give.

So today, I'm sharing 6 ways (plus a bonus) to prioritize yourself.

(04:00) Tip 1 - "It's a slow process, but it's teaching me patience, and it's giving me a sense of accomplishment that's not tied to work or productivity."
(07:45) Tip 2 - The Inner Drill Sergeant
(10:30) Tip 3 - Rest with no agenda?!?
(12:15) Tip 4 - "One of the best decisions I've made..."
(14:10) Tip 5 - Turning the Hollywood yes into a real yes
(15:40) Tip 6 - Falling back in love with my childhood crush
(17:40) Bonus Tip - Deep Healing
