About your coach
I’m Megan Gillikin— a veteran wedding planner-turned-business coach with over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
And in 2010, I walked into a wedding planner interview and walked out with the keys to the business. I embarked on business ownership with no coaching, no mentor, and not much of a plan. And not surprisingly, I made a lot of mistakes along the way!
I spent a decade rebuilding that business from the ground up, strengthening its reputation and transforming it into a sought-after brand. I picked up some hard-fought victories and hard-learned lessons. And now, I get to share them with you.
