There are 2 Bunk Rooms that share a bathroom. There are 4 double beds total.

 

Bunk Room (Twin Bed Option)- $800 for (3) nights

There are 2 Bunk Rooms that share a bathroom. There are 2 twin beds total.

 

You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers!

  • The closest airport is Norfolk International Airport (ORF). The airport is 27 miles, or roughly 42 minutes to the property.

  • Depending on the time your flight arrives, we recommend coordinating an Uber share! We are happy to help you connect with other members who are getting in around the same time to coordinate shared rides!

  • Arrival to the property will be at 4:30pm on Monday, 10/24.

    Departure will be at 10:00am on Thursday, 10/27.

    *Early check-in on Monday may be possible, but we won’t know for sure until closer to the date.

  • As much as we’d LOVE to meet your non PV member, this workcation is designed exclusively for the members within our community.

  • Light breakfast items (fruit, pastries, yogurts, etc), lunch items (deli, sandwiches, etc), and dinners each night are included as well as snacks and beverages.

    A certain amount of the budget will be delegated towards beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

    Dietary restrictions and preferences will be taken into account.

    You are also welcome to bring and purchase your own food and beverages based on personal preferences or dietary restrictions.

  • The bed share option is for king rooms and double queen rooms only. If you wish to share a bed with a friend, there will be a one-time share fee of $250 that will be added to your final invoice to cover the additional cost of groceries and experience.

  • A deposit of $450 is due at the time of booking. The final payment will be due on June 1st.

  • Sure thing! Just shoot us an email at hello@theplannersvault.com and we will send you an invoice for the remainder of your balance.

  • Well, that would be a total bummer and we would miss you terribly! Once your payment has been made, it is non-refundable. You can, however, find another PV member to take your place.

  • Everyone will arrive on Monday afternoon and we'll spend some time getting to know each other and networking! That evening, we'll all declare some goals of things we hope to achieve or work on while on the workcation. The following two days will be a combination of individual work time, coaching sessions with Megan and Gina, and small group discussions on specific topics (ex: workflows, CRM demos, hiring team members, package offerings) determined by the group. In the evenings, we'll relax, enjoy each other's company, and celebrate the wins from the day!

  • If you’re booking the bunk room, yes! That’s the one! As far as the rooms with king and queen beds, that may be your room. Take a look at this video of the property if you haven’t already to see the other room styles!

  • Absolutely! Any local VA peeps that want to make a day trip are totally invited. We will figure out the cost of meals you want to stay for and such as we get closer.


The Fine Print

A non-refundable deposit of $450 is due at the time of signing up to reserve your slot. Final payment will be due June 1st. If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your spot to another PV member. There will be no refunds of payments made after the time of booking.

Since we will be in close quarters inside together and traveling from multiple locations, please only plan to attend if you are fully vaccinated or present a negative COVID test taken within 24 hours of check-in. This is for the safety and comfort of the entire group.

The cost of the event has been calculated for 1 person per bed. If you opt to share a bed with someone (only available for King Rooms and Double Queen Rooms), there will be a $250 share fee per bed to cover additional food and experience costs.

The cost per person includes (3) nights of accommodations, a one on one coaching session, small group sessions, all food and beverage (breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages), and one evening experience (TBD).
